Great Room This sophisticated and spacious home features a massive central living space furnished with plenty of couches, chairs, and tables—perfect for socializing in a comfortable and intimate setting.

Kitchen The sleek and modern open kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances, custom contemporary cabinetry, and chic tones of taupe, brown, and gray. The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space and bar stool seating - an excellent spot for buffets, refreshments, or snacks.

Pool & Patio Head outdoors to discover a Polished, fully-screened spa pool and jacuzzi. Hop into the sparkling waters and challenge the kids to a game of pool basketball or foosball and corn hole on the deck.

Lounge poolside on any of the cozy loungers, or take a seat on the covered patio featuring a table and chairs. Nothing beats al fresco dining in tropical Florida, and the outdoor summer kitchen is the perfect spot to show off your BBQ game.

The Pirates Hideaway is masterfully designed with your little scalawag in mind, complete with vivid wall art featuring ships' galleys, peering pirates, a curving escape slide, ancient maps, and portholes facing approaching galleons.

The Fantasy room is full of vivid color and imagination and will take your little ones on an exciting magical trip along with their favorite animal characters. Against the backdrop of "dancing" brooms, mushrooms, fairies, and fish, a kid-sized ladder ascends to the elevated playhouse, and a bright, curvy slide makes for a fun escape down to the bunk bed level.
