Entrance/Great Room A lobby-style floor plan makes this mansion feel like your very own boutique Community for your party of up to 18 guests. Kitchen & Dining The open-plan chef's kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you (or your designated in-house chef) to create a quick snack or full-out feast. Quality and beauty coalesce in this standout space, complete with stainless appliances, custom white cabinetry, modern high-end fixtures and hardware, and bright wood grain floors. The breakfast bar is a prime spot to share coffee or a happy hour cocktail. And a few steps away, the long dining table awaits memorable meals with your entire crew!

Movie Theater/Arcade Room Movie night, anyone? Your own private home theater awaits with comfy chairs and an 86-inch cinema screen (don't forget the popcorn and snacks!). Conveniently located on the first floor, two bedrooms feature king-size beds and en suite baths (one bedroom has its own walk-out to the pool area). With a neutral palette of taupes and grays, and pops of natural blues and greens, these bedrooms are welcoming and relaxing sanctuaries.

Upstairs, you'll find an expansive master bedroom with a walk-in closet and spacious en suite baths featuring double sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. Two more second-floor bedrooms beckon with king and queen-size beds, private baths, and top-of-the-line amenities.
